It appears all forks of the kernel on src.fedoraproject.org are now behind a 403 error, regardless of login state. Other packages appear to be unaffected.

Tested while logged in, as well as logged out via a private browser tab, on two separate networks.
This is not urgent, but it may prevent projects from updating their custom kernels for the new Fedora 43 release (in my case it's for AMD HDR support).

sadly, yes, this is blocked due to AI scrapers deciding to hit all the js and css endpoints for all the kernel forks. ;(
I changed it back to allow now, perhaps they are gone, but we may have to put it back if it causes undue load. ;(
