On average, 1 out of 3 times I try to open src.fp.o, it ends up with a page stating the above. It makes is very frustrating to work with.

yes, we know. We are trying to further isolate ticket #12814 and things are temporarily worse
Sorry for the trouble.
I've pulled the host we are testing with completely out, so it shouldn't be causing more than the 'normal' timeouts from 12814. ;(
