Similar to #12571
Seems the crb-source repo is broken again. I have seen this from a few testing-farm systens and other CentOS Stream 9 during testing as well.

If someone could show me how to make it rescan these I could react for issues... but I guess you also want to try and figure out what case is causing this.

I updated the db. mirrormanager should update from cron in a bit here.
