my ideas:

infra/apprentice page:

• make "working on a ticket workflow" a level 2 heading instead of level 3
• instead of reccomending users to attach a patch, we should just tell them to create a PR, easier

• no updates here, seems all good

+ obviously the updates mentioned in the issue comment
