Seems noggin/accounts is not syncing correctly with ipa.

See:

https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/dannycolin/ is in packager

but in ipa they are not.

The old IPA servers were still in the configuration file for Noggin, I've rerun the playbook and re-rolled out the deploymentconfig and it seems to be OK now.

Please reopen if that's not the case.

(I did it on CentOS' instance as well)
