Hi,

Following the datacenter move, I am unable to login to COPR anymore. Clicking on "login" redirects to urls like https://id.fedoraproject.org/login/gssapi/negotiate?ipsilon_transaction_id=bab930e6-7648-4f3f-9efd-0f54595e61fa where I enter my crendentials, then it redirects to urls like https://id.fedoraproject.org/openid/?openid.assoc_handle=XXX and my browser eventually reports that id.fedoraproject.org did redirect too many times (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS). Eventually it then redirects to https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/login/?next=https%3A//copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/romaingeissler1a/&openid_complete=yes&janrain_nonce=XXX and again it reads that copr.fedorainfracloud.org attempted too many redirects.

I am using the Vivaldi browser on a mac. I tried clearing cookies, forcing cache, or private mode. I have a similar behavior with Safari on mac which I never use except to diagnose if issues are related to my primary Vivaldi browser. I was able to login in COPR so far before the datacenter move.

It seems that in this issue https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/12620 some people are mentioning login issues with Fedocal as well (while on my side I can login to Fedocal without any problem).

I have the same issue, tried multiple browsers (zen, vivaldi, firefox), incognito windows in all of them as well with no results. I only encounter this issue when trying to log in from copr.fedorainfracloud.org, src.fedoraproject.org etc work without issue. In my address bar I can see that there's a redirect loop, copr.fedorainfracloud.org redirects to id.fedoraproject.org, and id.fedoraproject.org redirects to copr.fedorainfracloud.org.

i experienced similar issue yesterday and today.
In firefox login to copr didn't work due to a redirect loop.
Then switched to chromium private window but login also failed,
mostly also due to 'copr.fedorainfracloud.org redirected you too many times'.

Last redirect loop error a received right now when trying to login via the copr main page.

After a few tries today I actually managed to arrive at the fedora login page (in chromium) where i could enter password/otp but then the actual login failed with some gateway error or similar.

However, authentication seemed to work because when visiting pagure.io in the same chromium private window, i already was logged in.

I suspect all of you are using the 'log in' button?

Don't use that one. Use the 'OIDC login' one.

You're right, I was using the 'log in' button. And the 'OICD login' works as expected. Thanks!
