Give @marmijo koji permissions to manipulate coreos tags and kick off things like distrepo tasks. An easy way to do this would be to just look at the permissions I have (dustymabe) and copy those.
Today would be nice, but next week is OK.

actually looks like he can tag and untag, but can't run distrepo
can someone look into why he can't run distrepo on coreos-pool with a command like:
distrepo
coreos-pool
koji dist-repo --non-latest coreos-pool a15B79cc e99d6ad1 105ef944 31645531
