#12411 Create a token for anaconda team for the purpose of automated test result reporting to Wiki
Closed: Fixed 19 days ago by zlopez. Opened a month ago by kkoukiou.

Anaconda team has started a collaboration effort with Fedora QA team, for reporting upstream test results to Fedora Wiki. We currently use the staging server, but plan to move to the production one soon.

https://stg.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Results:Current_Installation_Test

Describe what you would like us to do:

We need a token for our test script to login and update the Fedora Wiki test result pages.

When do you need this to be done by? ASAP

Just to make it clear what kind of token you need? API token for wiki?

Yes an API token for Wiki.
Currently I use the one from my local machine from ~/.openidc/oidc_wikitcms.json which got created after connecting with my credentials.

Just to make it clear this is an authentication token for https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/python-wikitcms, but that one is temporary and permanent one is needed.

I already checked our docs and can't find a guide how the permanent one is created. I assume that @kevin will know.

Yeah, this is a token that will need to be created and put in private repo. See the openqa one, it's just like that.

I think: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/infra/sysadmin_guide/ipsilon/#_generate_an_openid_connect_token is the procedure.

@kevin @zlopez thanks for checking this. Because this is needed for reporting Beta test results for Anaconda installer, I would really appreciate if we can get it soon!

It seems that the SQL needs to be executed on server (db-fas01) I don't have access to. Either I'm missing some permission or I don't access it the correct way.

I don't know why you wouldn't have access. You should.

I've commited a json file with the token/info into ansible-private.

How best can we get you the token/information? I can do so, or if you need it before I am up tomorrow, anyone in sysadmin main should be able to get it from files/openidc/production/anaconda-test-wiki.json in ansible-private.

I sent the token to @kkoukiou using Red Hat internal channels.

I will look at the access to db-fas01 if I should have it I will just check what groups I'm missing.
