Koji seems down. The web interface says:

Error
The web interface is having difficulty communicating with the main server. This most likely indicates a network issue.
requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 502 Server Error: Proxy Error for url: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/kojihub

My fedpkg build command is also hung

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Whenever convenient please, not sure if it's only affecting me or everyone.

Analysis: An automatic dnf update has been applied. It updated python3 to a new upstream version (3.13.0 -> 3.13.1). Koji is a Python mod_wsgi application running under httpd, but httpd was not restarted after python3 update, which caused httpd segfaults and Koji outage.
Fix: I've restarted httpd and Koji seems to be back up. I'll be monitoring it for a while.
For a long-term fix I would rethink how unattended, automatic dnf updates are applied in important production systems.
