I moved my e-mail address tim@semeijn.net from an unused FAS account (realgoat) to my active FAS account (semeijn). I receive the following error message when signing in to my active FAS account on pagure:
This email address seems to already be associated with another account and thus can not be associated with yours
Is this a matter of waiting for the next FAS sync or is manual action required to fix this?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards, Tim Semeijn

Everything is correct in FAS side and the sync is done when the user logs out and logs in, which I assume you are trying to do.
I assume that the user database in pagure is storing e-mails of users and it still has the e-mail set for old account. Let me look at the pagure database to check that.
I only see one user in pagure database with the mentioned e-mail and that is semeijn. The realgoat user doesn't even exist in pagure database.
semeijn
realgoat
So I don't see any reason for the error if you are using the semeijn user.
I logged in with the realgoat user in pagure (haven't before) and there was the tim@semeijn.net e-mail address listed as non-primary e-mail address. I removed it there and am able to login again with my semeijn user properly.

Strange I didn't even saw the user in pagure database, maybe I missed it in some tables.
