I sent an e-mail at 8:47 AM CEST today and it did not show up on https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/. Also, people who are subscribed to the list did not receive it. There has been no updates in the archives since 7:13 AM CEST.
Please check if the server is ignoring e-mails.

Yes, the problem was that mailman01 applied all the security updates from rhel 9.5 and one of them was postfix. It needed a playbook run and restart of postfix to return configuration to normal. ;(
