Are you being redirected to that mirror? Can you show the error message you get?

Yes, when I clicked a link to download an iso yesterday, I was redirected to a page inviting me to subscribe to an email verification service.

I'm a little surprised Fedora does not automatically disable mirrors that do this, since it's not the first time I've seen former mirrors suddenly turn into redirects for commercial products.
