https://src.fedoraproject.org/ and any package related page, such as http://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gtk4, reports:
502 Bad Gateway The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.
I think this is an important part of the Fedora infrastructure.
Sometimes it's also a 503: Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Working on that. Found the IPs that are responsible for this, but figuring out a way to block them on proxies.

I blocked the IPs that were hammering the https://src.fedoraproject.org/ and it's now working again. Closing this as fixed.
