2 years ago I received emails back, that the email address skriesch@fedoraproject.org does not exist. 2 months ago, I tried it again with this email address assigned to my Fedora Project account, and I did not receive anything. Default I have configured my email address in FAS to ada.lovelace@gmx.de, which is my community email address. Therefore, emails should be forwarded to there. One hint: I created my account during my time at IBM with the email address sarah.kriesch@ibm.com. I changed it 3 years ago after leaving IBM.

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EmailAliases are only setup for accounts that are in at least 1 group. Your account isn't in an additional group, so the alias isn't there. ;(
I am not sure why you didn't get a bounce when sending 2 months ago. Perhaps the bounce was marked as spam somehow?
In any event, once you are added to another group the alias should start working. There's any number of groups looking for new folks:
https://whatcanidoforfedora.org/ and https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/join/ The join sig mentioned there should be able to direct you further.
Sorry for any confusion.
