Do you have a specific size / flavor? ie, memory/disk?

and what OS would you like? Fedora 40?

We need an instance with a GPU with 16G memory (both host and the GPU), the cheapest I found was g4dn.xlarge.

us-east-1 was the cheapest, eu was roughly 30% more expensive. I understand this is a rather expensive request so I'm all for cutting costs.

Fedora 40 please.

I forgot to ask about storage, if we can get 50G gp3 volume, that would be amazing.

Status:
- I allocated g4dn.xlarge in us-east-2 (Ohio). N.Virginia do not have this instance type. I put Fedora 40 on this.
- I created DNS record logdetective01.fedorainfracloud.org and pointed it to Ellastic IP associated with this instance.
- I created hosts/logdetective01.fedorainfracloud.org.yml playbook. But I am just 'sysadmin-copr' so I asked @praiskup to run this script for me. He is offline now, I expect to finish this tomorrow morning. (i.e. no one but batcave can log in there now). The playbook does not have anything fancy, mostly allow ssh access to people from logdetective group.
- I allocated 20 GB for rootfs. The instance has 200 GB ephemeral volume. If you will need additional volume for persistent storage I will add it later.

I granted sysadmin-copr role to run this playbook in the meantime.

I fight a lot with networking in Ohio. After few hours I gave up. And set it up in Ireland where it went without problem.
