FAS user adlenahales01 is a spam account. They created a Community Blog spam article, set it as pending review, and enabled the public preview so that the post was visible publicly. Their FAS account also has a Libravatar. This seems unusually sophisticated spam. See the screenshot of their article below, which is now deleted.
