RHEL 7 EOL is approaching (June 2024) and we still have some services running on RHEL7 machines.
mirrormanager is of these services and we need to do something about it.

Checking in on progress as we're close to the expected done date.
The new version is in production and seems to be running OK. I'm looking closely at opened bugs and have fixed a couple already.
Could we close the ticket? As it seems that we already migrated from RHEL7.
Well, I was waiting to close this until we cleaned up all the old rhel7 vm's (they are still currently running).
Let me know when it would be safe to remove them from ansible/take them down and I can. (we can always bring them back up if needed)
This is now cleaned up and done.
