I've called IBM, the closest drive they have is 9 hours away. So they're working to get it, they'll ship it to the tech who will bring it on site, likely tomorrow morning they said.
Well, aside from our 4 hour on site taking about 24 hours everything went fine. I didn't claim this was an emergency to them so it wasn't a big deal that it took a while. Drive is replaced, array is rebuilding.
I also created a disk replacement SOP.
