Is there a way to manually assign me leo in stg FAS, as I have it in prod FAS? I can't sign up because it says "5 characters minimum"

I created a user in staging FAS named leo manually and copied everything from production FAS. You would need to reset password as there shouldn't be any set now.
Let me know if there is something wrong with the user.
