There is a new SIG created to group people from all the ostree based Fedora distributions and the main communication channel is newly created Matrix room. However, this room is not under Fedora Matrix space which makes it harder to be discovered.

I've added the '#atomic-desktops:fedoraproject.org' local alias. You will need to make my admin account an admin to make it the primary published address (or you may be able to just do this yourself now that the local alias is present).
I also added it to the teams space in fedora.
