Catalan translation is not available to be selected in Transifex UI, however translation is available.

I believe this is upstream issue, and apparently it has been fixed in current releases, to which we are migrating now.
Fedora is retiring it's translate.fedoraproject.org transifex instance and asking projects that currently use it to migrate to fedora.transifex.net.
