As of 2023-06-11 17:15 JST(=UTC+9) trying to execute $ fedpkg build --scratch now fails like:

Would you investigate what is happening? (Or is this some policy change? If it is, this is very inconvenient...) thank you.

It's 100% not intended. ;(

We made some config changes to koji on friday and apparently it's not all working... ;(

Will investigate and/or revert back. Sorry for the trouble.
