This is a follow-up of a private conversation between me, David Kirwan and Nirik.
I want to have access to billing in AWS. David managed to put it in S3 bucket
https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/copr-cost-report?region=us-east-1&tab=objects
But I cannot access it. Right now console tells me that I need s3:ListBucket. But I think I will likely need "s3:GetObject", "s3:GetObjectAcl" too.

We've configured this bucket with the correct privileges to download a report, however this report we expect to be in this bucket is not being generated. Troubleshooted with @mobrien seems to be configured correctly so not sure whats going on there.
Following up with @msuchy and @kevin in private email thread. Might look at different approach to providing @msuchy with the information required.
