Reason for outage:
We will be upgrading our wiki and it's database server along with the virthosts they are hosted on.
Affected Services:
wiki will be unavailable during most of the outage.

As part of this outage I want to reinstall:
vmhost-x86-02 vmhost-x86-06 vmhost-x86-07
with rhel9. Also, I want to do a full db dump of db03 and reinstall it as rhel9 and reload the dump.
Then, wiki01/02 will be upgraded to f38 and latest mediawiki.

FYI, I did not reinstall db03 (the db dump was taking a really long time) or vmhost-x86-02 (I forgot noc01 was on it, making it hard to pxe boot)
