User devis9990 posted a spam comment in a FESCo ticket. I have already removed that comment.

Looking at the user’s history lead me to another spam comment in a Pagure project, surga55, that itself is spam, created some time ago by user muksinussulastri.

Please remove the spam project surga55 and block/ban both spam users, devis9990 and muksinussulastri.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

ASAP, as spam comments are likely to continue.
