The user "emmafrost1" seem to have joined only a day before as observed in https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/u/emmafrost1 and https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/emmafrost1. They do not even seem to have a Pagure user initialized yet as evidenced by the page https://pagure.io/user/emmafrost1 throwing a 404.

I would let you folks decide if this is a spam account or if I am raising a false positive here.
