There seems to be an issue with PDC when processing new package request, or at least this request: https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/52297

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Whenever convenient

asked it to retry and it processed it correctly.

We do have plans to add more error checking to this...
