It appears that links like <bugz.fedoraproject.org/rust-fedora-update-feedback> no longer work. I only get generic "HTTP 403 Forbidden" error page from Apache, instead of the redirect to RHBZ.
As far as I can tell, this started happening today - I think it still worked when I used it yesterday.

This was caused by a fix for CVE-2023-25690 in apache. It's now disallowing spaces in the redirect urls.
So, instead of \ it we should just urlencode it ( %20 ) and that fixes it. ;)
