Do you need anyone in them? Any sponsors?

Make me the sponsor, and then I can add people, right? Can I also mint new sponsors? If so, just me is fine. If not, add @kparal to common-issues-triage and @shaunm to discussion-mods-centos.

Oh also: I forgot discussion-bots

Thanks!

Once the project to do group sync is in place (soooon), these will be used for permissions for the related categories.

You can not add new sponsors. That takes a ticket. ;(

All the rest done!

Let me know if you need anything further here.

In implementing this, I discovered that only one group can be given extra moderation powers in a category in Discourse. That means that discussion-mods-ask-english is redundant. Since this hasn't been actually used, I hope it is easy to destroy it. (If not, i'll just note somewhere -- and sorry for the extra cruft!)
