#11121 Enable to login to bugzilla using Fedora identity

I'm trying to file a bug ticket in RH/Fedora Bugzilla.
I click on login, select Fedora identity as I have an account there,
proceed to enter username/password and submit.

It redirects me to
https://id.fedoraproject.org/openid/Continue?ipsilon_transaction_id=0dd9206c-e5d3-4c4c-8a4e-febe91ae7dad

which displays:

400 - Bad Request Invalid transaction id
If the error persists and if you think this is an error, contact Fedora Infra to resolve the problem.

Describe what you would like us to do:

Investigate if there's a general issue for Fedora account holders to login to bugzilla.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

No rush.

After the error, manually go back to RH/Fedora bugzilla, click again on login, using Fedora identity, and it goes to a half broken page:

which eventually redirects back to bugzilla properly logged-in this time.

So, one of our authentication servers crashed right when you were doing this. ;(

I've reset it and everything should be back to normal/working now.
