This might be similar in nature to https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/7371 and related.
I triggered a build, now complete, a few hours ago: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/sbrivio/passt/build/4992985/. In the results directories: https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/sbrivio/passt/srpm-builds/04992985/ is available but not indexed from https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/sbrivio/passt/srpm-builds/
Build directory 04992985 is available for some chroots, not all of them. Regenerating repository metadata doesn't help. The issue usually vanishes in a few hours, but sometimes it takes around 24-48 hours.

raiskup on #fedora-buildsys told me about https://docs.pagure.org/copr.copr/user_documentation.html#build-succeeded-but-i-don-t-see-the-built-results -- I wasn't aware of that. Indeed, results are properly indexed at the non-cached URLs.
Sorry for the noise.
