Is it possible to enable the APLAWS svn repository (svn.fedorahosted.org/svn/aplaws) to accept revision propchanges by creating a a pre-revprop-change hook (as described at http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.reposadmin.create.html#svn.reposadmin.create.hooks)?
We sometimes need this function.
