#10910 Request for milestone create/edit perms on GitLab in fedora namespace for bcotton and duffy
Closed: Fixed with Explanation 2 years ago by kevin. Opened 2 years ago by duffy.

Describe what you would like us to do:

I am requesting that both @bcotton and myself be granted access to create milestones at the
'Fedora' namespace level in GitLab. This is to help support multiple teams (including design, websites & apps, and the marketing team) to be able to use Fedora release milestones/due dates managed and maintained in one central space instead of having to create and maintain their own separate copies of Fedora release milestones further down the namespace of our GitLab. These teams have assets/projects/milestones that occur at the same time as various Fedora release milestones, and as Fedora milestone due dates may change over the course of time this will help ensure these team's understanding of the due dates also is correct with less maintenance overhead. I had a conversation with Ben before filing this ticket and he supports this request.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Not urgent, but we're planning for F38 and F39 so it would be helpful to have as soon as is reasonably possible without causing stress.

I am not 100% sure what permission you need to manage milestones on the top level.

However, I think it might be 'developer'. Which I have added to both of you.

Can you try and see if you can do what you need to do on milestones?
