I am long time Fedora contributor, maintainer/co-maintainer of dozens ham packages. I am listed on [1] (thus I think and treat myself as a fedora-hams SIG member).
I am watching and replying to posts on the #fedora-hams IRC channel where the questions are usually unreplied. Recently, I tried to get the fedora-hams FAS group membership, but I failed miserably. My requests on the #fedora-hams IRC got unreplied. I sent e-mails to persons with the sponsors rights, unfortunately my e-mails was unreplied.
Literally I progressed the following way:
So please could you give me a hint how to progress or add me to the fedora-hams FAS group (and maybe give me a sponsor rights to simplify the process for future newcomers to this group - I am already Fedora Packager Sponsor)

While we can technically add you to the group it is not our decision.
If the sponsors are unresponsive you can escalate to fesco: https://pagure.io/fesco/issues
