Please provide me with the dump of the database that Mdapi makes use of.
I had a conversation with @mobrien regarding this. The dump was expected to be here https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/infra/db-dumps/ but unfortunately, we don't think it is there.
As soon as possible. (But yeah, not in a hurry here.)

I... don't think there is any persistent db here.
mdapi pulls infro from repos and I think just keeps those sqlite db's from the repos locally?
perhaps @pingou could confirm?
