* update flatpak_indexer_git_ref in roles/openshift-apps/flatpak-indexer/vars/{production,staging}.yml to e1cbc30a62269b84a6c90895f6a5451b031dc0a1
* Redploy staging
* Let me know to test
* Redeploy production

Note that the bug would be fixed by restarting - it's stale data leaking into the index as the image data changes - so we're not actually testing whether the fix fixes the bug, just that nothing new is broken.

Updated and staging has been redeployed.

Staging looks good.

Prod is now updated as well.
