The neuro-sig packaging group has admin rights on a number of packages our team members maintain. We were looking through the packages to check that they all had "monitoring with scratch" enabled. Some didn't, so we tried to update this.

It turns out, even if the group has admin rights, only individual admins can change the monitoring status---not other group members.

So, we have to first add our individual usernames as admins first, and then change the monitoring status. This of course adds extra steps to the process.

Should all members of the group be able to change it?

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)
