Kojipkgs1 needs to be moved. It also needs to have caching enabled.
kojipkgs2 has been built as a machine to test this (10.8.34.199, no DNS). Right now, kojipkgs1 is proxypassing to kojipkgs2, which is running a squid instance.
Hopefully we'll have more traffic to test this on tomorrow.
kojipkgs1 is now running on xen5 with a squid cache. I've shut down kojipkgs1 on xen2, but left its disk/configs there.
