#10706 newrepo tasks in Koji are failing

I created f35-build-side-53853 side tag, tagged pcre2-10.40-1.fc35 there, and "koji wait-repo --build pcre2-10.40-1.fc35 f35-build-side-53853" does not return success even after a long time.

Checking Koji web page https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/tasks?view=toplevel&state=all&method=newRepo&order=-id reveals that most of newrepo tasks fail with:

GenericError: Repo directory missing: /mnt/koji/repos/...

I conclude that something is wrong in Koji.
