Verify 64bit link on https://spins.fedoraproject.org/prerelease.html is broken.
Link points to https://getfedora.org/static/checksums/36_Beta/images/Fedora-Spins-36_Beta-1.4-x86_64-CHECKSUM which is not found

Link should point to correct checksum file.
