#10622 Problem activating account: idiez

One of my team members, Irene Diez, went to open a Fedora account (username: idiez) and she says it came back with a failure. She says "It sends a link to my redhat address but it is unable to activate the account, I cannot re-sign-in since the email is already taken". I can see the account in the web UX. It seems the account is in some weird state. Can someone take a look so she is able to reset the password and continue with the process please?


From what I can see, the account does seem to be active.

Can you try and login at https://accounts.fedoraproject.org ?

Or if that doesn't work, try:

https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/forgot-password/ask ?
