A configuration edit to some j2 yaml in the /srv/webui/config/settings.py file seemed to cause a cascade of errors. The previous config emailed errors continually which would cause gmail to lock various accounts of sysadmins who got the errors sent to them. The fix was to turn off the errors since they aren't fixable but the yaml change caused the ] to be commented out also due to a lack of an empty space after an '{% endif %}'
Should be fixed in commit 43274bf7b42492f73a0655728f20fde3262d4e18
Long term fix is to replace un-supported mailman3 with a newer version of anything.
