Describe what you would like us to do:

I'm requesting epel branches for some packages, and for some packages I need to change the bugzilla assignee for EPEL to either myself/an existing maintainer/the EPEL Packagers SIG.

All of them would fail to save: Unable to update the bugzilla assignee(s)

This has happened on e.g.:
- python-sphinx-testing (trying to change EPEL assignee to jcaratzas)
- python-sphinx-copybutton (trying to change assignee to salimma or @epel-packagers-sig)

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

2022/02/04 -- seems a bit serious

It worked for me at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-backcall

I believe you need to be the package main admin to do this.

Yeah, it looks like it needs main admin for this. I would think we could relax that to just any admin, but there might be something I am missing.

Would you be willing to re-file this on pagure-dist-git ? Thats where any changes would need to be made.
