#10505 Please change permissions for legal space in wiki so access is based on the (new) legal accounts group
Closed: Fixed 2 years ago by kevin. Opened 2 years ago by mattdm.

Describe what you would like us to do:

I'm not actually sure who has write access to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal: currently but as of now it should be "whoever is in the legal group". Thanks!

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

2022-02-?? would be good.

So, there's currently no way to sync the fas group over there. It's internal to the wiki and I am not sure how many people want to look into writing this in php to get that working. ;)

Also, I hope the legal team is pretty stable...

I adjusted the group to have @ref

It still has @bcotton and @mattdm should I remove you two?

I need @jlovejoy to login to the wiki to create an account before I can add them to legal group.

There's nobody that I dislike enough to ask them to do that. :-) Also, a lot of that content will hopefully be moved to docs.fp.o in the near-ish term anyway, so it should matter less.

I won't speak for Matthew, but I am +1 to being removed.

I am reasonably confidant I have just succeeded in logging into the wiki, using my Fedora account, perhaps?

I've removed you.

I've added you. :) You should be able to edit the legal pages now... if you run into any problems just file a ticket here and we can get it sorted out.

I'll go ahead and close this now and we can remove @mattdm if he likes down the road.
