Hello security-owner,
+WHOIS database contacts.
I'm trying to join the list at https://lists.fedoraproject.org/admin/lists/security.lists.fedoraproject.org/. The request is error'ing out. It times out with a REST error message.
Alternatively, if there is a better list for security announcements, then please provide the list name.
Thanks in advance.

We need more info here... how exactly are they trying to subscribe?
Additionally, security announcements for packages are made on the package-announce list (along with all the other package updates).
