This breaks Fedora CI and Packit for rawhide. Please fix ASAP (or revert koji)

This is a serious issue that breaks CI gating workflow for rawhide, so I've applied a hotfix:
ln -s . /mnt/fedora_koji/koji/packages/packages
But the issue should be fixed properly, then hotfix can be removed.

Another temporary symlink added to work around issue with testing of scratch builds:
ln -s ../work /mnt/fedora_koji/koji/packages/work

Thanks. Lets keep the hotfix in place for a couple more days until the new build propagates into composes and CI images. Then I'll remove the symlinks and verify that CI still works.
