discourse2fedmsg is now running in openshift, but i am unable to run the playbook as it has not been defined in /etc/ansible_utils/rbac.yaml yet.

I believe this file is in the secret ansible, so i cannot file a PR, but my suggestion is something like this maybe:
openshift-apps/discourse2fedmsg.yml: - "sysadmin-openshift" - 'sysadmin-web'
