I've tried cancelling it and restarting it but it seems to get stuck in the same place.

I've restarted backend services. mbs-poller.service was not running. Then I cancelled and restarted module build: https://release-engineering.github.io/mbs-ui/module/13374 MBS started batch nr 2 (buildorder 10) that contains only octave component. It generated Koji repo for the batch: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=78875872 Then it attempted to build octave component, but nothing happened.

I think it finally progressed (though failed with octave failing to build).
Yes, looks like MBS handled it as expected. Initial issue was due to the poller being down.
I'm closing this issue as fixed. Please reopen it if the problem reappears.
