Please create a mailing list for sysadmin-openshift users, so that we can configure the alerting stack on the OCP4 clusters for prod/staging to send out cluster alerts.

So, this is just to get alerts? There is already an automatic alias:
sysadmin-openshift-members@fedoraproject.org
(of course thats exactly the people in the group, you can't add someone without adding them to the group, and there are no archives).
Would that work? or would you prefer a list? If we do want to go with a list, it might be better to have a more descriptive name like 'fedora-openshift-cluster-alerts' or something...
