Is it possible to have zodbot present in the #fedora-cloud? Are there steps that I can take to make that happen?

This just needs anyone who is a 'owner' in zodbot or perhaps just 'admin'. You send it:

zodbot: join #fedora-cloud

and it will do so. You can make someone an owner by stopping the zodbot service on value02 and editing the config to make them an owner like the other owners and then restarting the service. :)
You can make someone an admin dynamically.
